Today’s high tech marine electronic equipment is designed to offer the user the very best of functions and accuracy, almost all are software driven and are often multi- interfaced to other equipment. The standard  and quality of the installation is paramount in getting the best from your equipment. Many manufacturers are now following the growing trend to honour a full warranty against professionally installed equipment only.

In every one of our installations, only the correct materials for optimum operation are used. This includes the size and insulation qualities of power feeds, equipment protection and isolation. Positioning of interfaced sensors, such as flux gate compasses, RF output stages etc are also critical, any interfacing - such as RS232, NMEA or other manufacturer dedicated protocols, cable lengths, impedance matching and screening  must be appropriate to maintain the integrity of the system. At the commissioning stage, the software versions, connection baud rates and calibrations are checked.

This is followed by the all important final system testing and handover to the client.
